County Court House – Walthall, MS

Fire Claim
This historical courthouse was built in 1915 and suffered a devastating fire on January 17, 2013. The original two-story courthouse was 13,000 square feet and included a partial basement and a partial third floor balcony/storage area. Before Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC was hired a consulting group estimated the repairs to be $3,226,512. After hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC we estimated a total loss of $7,159,213. This was an increase of 221.89%

Community College Auditorium – Mississippi

Hurricane Katrina Claim
This 1,000 seat auditorium features state of the art sound and lighting equipment and a dining area suitable for dinner theater performances. Also, the first floor of the Auditorium will provide an art display area along with music classrooms and studios. The second floor will contain speech and theater classrooms, a conference room and offices. The third floor will house art studios, classrooms and additional offices. The community college was originally offered $2,488,944. After hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC they were finally awarded $3.3 Million. This was an increase of 132.58%.

Community College Dormitory – Mississippi

Hurricane Katrina Claim
This dormitory is a 108-bed residence hall that is replacing a 60-bed dormitory damaged by Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005. A new two-story dormitory will feature suite-style rooms, including two handicapped-accessible rooms, a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment for the residence director and common areas on both floors. The community college was originally offered $283,074 by their insurance company. After hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC they were finally awarded $750,000. This was an increase of 264.95%.

Community College Academic Building – Mississippi

Hurricane Katrina Claim
This 12,600 square foot, two-story, brick residence hall was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005. The community college was originally offered $264,937 by their insurance company. Upon hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC they were finally awarded $1,225,000. This was an increase of 462.37%. The award money has allowed the college to renovate this building. The first floor was converted into business and computer classrooms and the second floor will house the honors institute.

Hurricane Katrina Claim
This building was completely destroyed by Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005. The new structure boasts 35,400 square feet — some 9,000 square feet larger than the old one — and was erected on the same site as the original with a sizeable seating capacity of 2,600 – 2,800. The community college was originally offered $2,314,380 by their insurance company. Upon hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC they were finally awarded $13,642,000. This was an increase of 589.45%.

Multi-Condominium Complex – Mary Esther, FL

Hurricane Ivan Claim
This multi-condominium complex was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan on September 16, 2004. Our client was originally offered $824,147. He did not feel he was being fully compensated for his loss and decided to hire a Public Adjuster to represent him. Our client still was not satisfied with the results from this Public Adjuster. Aviation – Stockbridge, GA

Aviation Claim
This Cessna CitationJet CJ3 was damaged on September 3, 2010 while being towed on a taxi-way. A Jeep traveling down the same taxi-way hit the left wing at the center leading edge panel. The left wing sustained major structural damage to the left forward spar, upper and lower wing skins. All six wing/fuselage attachments were broken causing the wing to come in contact with the bottom of the fuselage which caused major structural damage. The insurance company originally assessed the damage to be $1,747,178 for repairs to the aircraft. After hiring Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC we were able to prove that the aircraft was unsafe and needed to be replaced which resulted in a recovery of $5,198,902. This was an increase of 297.54%.

Hurricane Ivan Claim
This two story restaurant was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan on September 16, 2004. The building structure, components and cladding suffered extensive damage from the hurricane force winds. The restaurant was originally offered $87,307 for their damage. After retaining Scott M. Favre Public Adjuster, LLC and our team’s extensive investigation, we found significant damage which estimated to a loss of $1,120,159. This was an increase of 1283%.
